The BYU AdLab had a stellar showing at the AAF American Advertising Awards competition. The AdLab won an astounding 28 Gold awards and 31 Silver awards – one of the best showings for student awards ever. The Best of Show award went to “Indeed – Dream Job” created by: Gwynie Bahr, Danny Facer, Taylor Ballard, Tyler Davies, and Lucy Neilson. The work now moves on within the National Competition. Of note, the Professional Best of Show was won by two AdLab alums, Chris George and Josh Lee from the Utah Jazz. In addition, BonCom, the Church’s ad agency, which employs many BYU AdLab alums, also had a stellar showing, winning the most awards by any professional agency. It was a great night with BYU alums and students representing the AdLab well.
